Crock Pot Beef n' Peppers

Subject: Crock Pot Beef n' Peppers

Rump Roast (8 – 10 oz per person) Pepperocini Peppers (1 jar) 1 large Onion (sliced thin and separated into rings) 1 can or bottle of beer Garlic (2-3 cloves crushed) Italian Seasoning Lemon Pepper or salt and pepper to taste Sandwich Rolls Turn crock pot on high Place whole roast in pot Sprinkle spices over roast Add jar of peppers with juice (don’t forget to remove stems!!!) Put onions on and around roast Pour beer over everything and cover Cook at least 8 hours When done, remove from crock pot, shred meat, replace in pot and serve on sandwich rolls.
