Subject: Scrambled Egg Bake

18 eggs 1 cup plus 2 T 1/2 & 1/2 3 T Butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 (3oz) can mushrooms 1 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar 3 to 4 slices of bacon fried & crumbled ----------------------------------------------------------- Beat together the eggs and 1/2 & 1/2, melt the butter in a large skillet, add eggs and scramble. Put the eggs in a shallow 3 qt casserole. Mix together soup, mushrooms and cheese, pour over and top with bacon. At this point this can be refrigerated overnight. Bake at 250 for 45 to 60 minutes Bake 1 1/2 hours if straight from the fridge This can be held in the oven 30 to 45 minutes
